All services are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn without notice.

3. Eligibility
Our services are available to residents of Pakistan and international users, provided they comply with all applicable local laws. Users must be 18 years or older or have legal parental/guardian consent.

4. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information
• Refrain from using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to harm or exploit the system (e.g., via hacking, spamming, malware)

5. Payment Terms

• Pricing: Provided via quotation or package details
• Methods: Accepted via bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or approved payment gateways
• Advance: A minimum of 50% advance is required before starting work
• Delays: Late payments may delay or suspend service delivery

6. Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment
• Custom services, domain and hosting are non-refundable
• Refunds are issued at OneTechSolutions’ discretion

7. Intellectual Property
All original work remains the property of OneTechSolutions until full payment is made. Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client. Unauthorized reproduction or resale is strictly prohibited.

8. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. Client data and communications are treated as confidential unless required by law or with client consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
OneTechSolutions is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

10. Termination
We may terminate service if:

• The client violates these terms
• Payments are overdue
• Unlawful or abusive behavior is displayed

11. Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi.
